There are so many titles about the Philippines, whether they be on food, art, history, architecture, or whatever category you can think of. As The Kitchen Bookstore, we can only cater to one of those categories.
We know that there are many of you reading this blog who are looking to purchase books that don’t necessarily have any involvement with food. We know this because many of you have tried to have us get them for you. We’ve had many requests to send different titles from the Philippine to all four corners of the globe. We’ve had multiple chances to give clients a smile on their faces by looking for those titles and sending it to them. However, Kitchen is Kitchen and we can only sell books on food.
That ends today.
Today, we bring you our little brother— Anáhaw Books!
Today, we introduce to the world a bookstore that will specialize in Filipiniana titles. We know that books published in the Philippines are quite hard to find, as we ourselves have been looking. We want to change that. Our goal for Anáhaw Books is to have all the good Filipiniana titles available to anyone in the world. Although our current list may still be modest, I’m certain that there will be a number of you who will help us discover new and undiscovered titles! With Anahaw Books, we can finally fulfill your non-cookery Filipiniana title orders and not miss a beat!
