About the author:
Australian born International Pastry chef Aaron Maree left school at the age of 13 to follow his passion for pastry and cakes. By 18 he was working in London. By 20 Aaron had published his first cookbook. By 21 he received scholarships to travel internationally to study sugar work with Ewald Notter in Zurich and by 22 he was working as a consultant to Cadbury Chocolate company.
Today he has published 15 cookbooks, worked in television and written for numerous magazines and newspapers on food, desserts and chocolate.
A Consultant and Executive Pastry chef with experience with small business, large corporations, hotels, and cruise lines he has travelled to more than 85 countries teaching, demonstrating, working and researching the art of patisserie for more than 30 years.
